Cape Canaveral: In a major milestone for India’s space journey, NASA has announced that the highly anticipated Axiom-4 (Ax-4) mission—featuring Indian Air Force officer and astronaut Shubhanshu Shukla—is scheduled to launch on Wednesday, June 25. The mission, jointly operated by NASA, Axiom Space, and SpaceX, will lift off at 2:31 am EDT (12:01 pm IST) from the Kennedy Space Center, Florida.
Shukla will be joined by three international crew members for a historic journey to the International Space Station (ISS). The launch had faced multiple delays earlier this month, but the new schedule has now been confirmed. The Ax-4 mission marks another significant step in commercial space travel and strengthens India’s growing presence in global space exploration.
