Tragedy Strikes: Missing Youth Found Dead on Railway Tracks Near Uchila

Mangaluru: In a heartbreaking incident, the body of a 25-year-old youth who went missing two days ago was discovered on the railway tracks near Uchila railway gate on Friday morning. The deceased has been identified as Tejas, son of Mohadas Amin, a resident of Beeri in Kotekar.

Tejas had reportedly vanished from his bedroom on the night of July 2, prompting his father to file a missing person complaint at the Ullal police station. Preliminary investigations by the railway police suggest it may be a case of suicide, though the exact cause remains unknown. Tejas was a student at an educational institution affiliated with the Manipal group. Authorities are continuing their investigation to uncover the circumstances surrounding his tragic death.
