RailOne Revolutionizes Rail Travel: All Services Now in One App

Indian Railways has officially unveiled RailOne, a super-app that brings all passenger services under one digital roof—no more juggling between IRCTC, UTS, Rail Madad, NTES, or Food-on-Track apps. Announced by Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw at the 40th Foundation Day of CRIS on July 1, 2025, the rollout marks a major stride in the Railways’ digital transformation

With a clean, user-friendly interface, RailOne offers:

1. Booking of reserved, unreserved, and platform tickets (including a 3% discount on unreserved/platform tickets)

2. Real-time train tracking, PNR status updates, and coach position locator

3. Single sign-on with IRCTC/UTS credentials + mPIN/biometric login

4. E-catering, porter & last-mile taxi booking

5. Grievance redressal (Rail Madad) and refund management

6. Secure payments via the integrated R-Wallet, supporting mPIN and biometric authentication.
